How to Place an Order?
1. Using “Shopping Chart”. After you place an order using our “Shopping Chart”, we will contact you by email or phone to check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your company name, contact number and shipping address etc, then we will confirm the order with you about the item number and quantity, afterwards, we will send you a proforma invoice to make payment. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

(Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
2. Contact our sales representative by email, MSN, Skype or a phone call. You should submit the following info to us to create an complete order:

Model Number
Quantity for Each Item
Company name
Contact Number
Email Address
Website
Detail Shipping Address
Expected Shipping Method
If Shipping Charge Collect, Collect Account Number Required
Base on the above info, we will send you a proforma invoice by email or fax for final confirmation.
How to Confirm Your Order?
1. Send us a confirmation email.
2. Fax back the proforma invoice with your signature and company chop.
Note: After you confirmed your order, we will arrange the raw materials or preparing the goods for you on the same day, but we will not arrange any production or shipment until we receive your bank proof copy or payment.
